Kamea (Magic Squares)
A kamea is a square grid of numbers where the sum of the numbers in each row, each column, and both diagonals are the same.
The formula for the sum of the sides is S = (n³ + n)/2
The 7 Sephirot from Binah to Yesod contain magic squares.
In Kabbalah we may use the kamea to create sigils, glyphs of one’s name. We may also use the Kamea to create a sigil of the Divine name in each sephira.
A sigil of one’s name is a unique symbol that is beyond language. The ancient mystics carved their names with sigils in order to communicate beyond verbal language in the symbolic language of light and energy established by Metatron, the master of energy in the universe.
We will draw Sigils of Divinity in the kamea of each Sephira.
